OMG! We are all thinking the same thing....thanks for saying it! I took 5 and there were at least 200 there....LOADS....and only a few hours later....poof....the hanger was entirely ripped off.

Fix't.Has anyone seen the new tearpad holders at No Frills? Because of people like this, No Frills holders are like heavy-duty screwed into there and it takes strength just to tear off one coupon, half the time you end up tearing the coupon in half.

how long does it take someone shopping to rip off 5 tear pads? a couple minutes? now lets say there was about 50 coupons in each of the pads, 5 tear pads that 250 coupons. Now lets look at this ebay poster http://www.ebay.ca/itm/15-3-00-off-A...item2eca20f12f highest bid so far is $8.75 for 15 coupons and still has 4 days of auction to go. Now 250 /15 = 16.67 possible auctions this person can possibly hold.... (16.67 X $8.75)totaling $145.86 clean tax free profit. That means someone working for minimum wage in Ontario ($10.25) would have to work just over 14 hours to earn the same amount of income.... but would also still have to share some of there earnings with the government.

I spent the summers of 93, 94 and part of 95 working at near minimum wage in Humble, TX heat painting trailers, where as kids my age who engaged in petty theft, are pretty much doing the same petty thefts and I have moved onto a nice career.

This ebay seller in particular, I am going to submit a inquiry to the proper authorities, asking what if anything is being done about this, and may even find more examples from other larger cities to encourage some investigations. In fact, I'm also going to engage ebay about this.

That's assuming someone is dumb enough to buy them! And these were the $2 off clear not the super awesome $3, which you could have gotten a bunch of by just hitting the recycling for inserts!

the really weird thing is at the other stores where the clear was also ravaged, they left the $2 janes! And those people actually want....again, strange behaviour but it must be someone who is completely ignorant of couponing in general.

I was thinking the same here in Ontario - I went to Fortinos - all coupons full stack - full pads maybe 4 or 5 of them. Looks brand new cause last night they weren't there - who ever it was took all but 5 Jane's coupons - left one of each of the 5 pads. I don't buy them but I was thinking wow someone likes Jane's alot to grab them all.

Thanks for the info! I was more concerned with the losers who steal coupons. But I do not expect eBay to screen for that, but I would like to get some feedback from them about this. Also going to start contacting stores about what they are or are not doing about coupons creeps who steal coupons.

I think this is going to be my little side project for a while. These stupid people are ruining a good thing and denying honest people a chance to save because they are stupid and greedy.

• Bulk coupon sales: In a single listing, sellers cannot list more than 100 total coupons, 20 identical coupons, or 5 coupon inserts (like those that come with a newspaper). Make sure you clearly state in your description how many coupons you're selling. If we can't tell how many coupons are offered, the listing violates our policy.
• Coupons for "free" products: You can only list 2 coupons for free products, with no purchase required, per listing.

• Coupons printed off the Internet: You can't list more than 2 printed Internet coupons per listing.
• Expired or used coupons: You can't list recently expired coupons or used coupons on eBay because they could be used to commit fraud. Collectable coupons that clearly can't be redeemed may be allowed.

The listing seems to be valid by eBay rules...I thought they were going to ban selling FPCs?
