targets policy is to use target coupon first, and then pricematch if the price is still higher then what you want.....so it wont be free, unless the employee/staff doesnt know

The Target Exclusive coupons are store discounts. The $$ off is out of the store's pocket.

So they will give you the lower of the 2 when you are considering PM'ing or using a Target store coupon, but they won't add the 2 discounts together to give you a combined discount
