    Hello fellow Brampton couponers!

I just wanted to update you all on the outcome of my email I sent to head office regarding refusal to give me my overages. I received a call from Jamie from the Queen/Airport Walmart today and he was quite apologetic about my hassles there. He said they just revamped their coupon policy regarding overages about 2 weeks ago and he said the cashiers must have been confused. He confirmed YES they do give overages. He said for me to come back and shop there and if any cashier does not want to give me my overage to tell them I would like to see Jamie. just thought I would share.

I was there 2 days ago and they gave me such a hard time!!! I don't ever like to get back the overages in cash personally as I can always use that money for something in their store and they still gave me a problem with the aspirin coupon. Thanks for taking the time to give them a call because now I know who to talk to if I have future problems.

A few weeks ago I had some problems with the overages at a walmart in my small town.. argued for a lil while with the manager(who was extremely nice), wasnt really worth it, it was only a few bucks and it didnt matter, i was just impressed that i got free stuff. well, today my BF and i were walking thru walmart and the same manager spotted us and came over to us, i thought he was just going to say hi, but he didnt.. he was all appologies that we didnt recieve our overages, as it turns out, i was right in the first place. he then continued to offer me a job saying " it would be nice to have someone so knowledgable to our policy working here, because.. as you can see, we are all so new to it". i was shocked and took his card, just incase im not working right now, as i am visablly pregnant, but i was still offered anyways. imagine how much more i could save with an employee discount, since that is where i do 98% of my shopping as it is, and also... i would be able to help out those who do coupon, as it would be very very VERY nice to have a cashier who knows a thing or two about using coupons

Thanks all! I just don't want anyone else to go thru the aggravation that I went through. It's so annoying! Kudos on the job prospects Cassie!

awesome job! It's good to hear we are getting somewhere with the walmart managers. I had the same issue, and already spoke to management, but haven't shopped there since. So we will see if the cashiers have been told!
