is a really good one to use, it will give you 50% off the second item, and I don't know what the max is, but currently it is taking $9.50 off my order so that is pretty good since most codes will only give you up to $7.50 off.

It seems I got my wish of another sale on the 7th, except PP still hasn't credited my account. Apparently it "should" credit today by 5pm, but who knows. I will be extremely upset if paypal causes me to miss out on this deal!

I did! Apparently I missed 70% off, 60% off, and then the 50% off that lasted for like 10 hours. Paypal finally posted my money today, not that it does me any good now! It's really gutting to know I could have saved 70% off if they had put in my money on time. Now, I'm just going to see if they'll post another birthday celebration sale before the month is over, then maybe I won't feel completely bummed out.

Congrats on getting to take advantage of the sale, though - even if it was for someone else. I discovered their facebook page and they seem to be on top of order issues, though it seems like the mass hysteria has caused a slight delay. :p

I recieved my order from july 5th today but... I have a question that I hope someone can answer... (ordered during the 60% off sale)

I ordered 10 items (adding up to $15.60 which is what the invoice says that they sent me) but one item was out of stock so they said they didn't deduct that amount from my paypal...
My paypal says they took $16.95 from me.. which doesn't make sense to me unless they taxed a weird amount or something. I have ordered from them before but this time I'm not sure if they over charged me or something...

well...if they charged U.S. taxes which are 8% then that extra dollar something sounds about right...not sure though I'm going to go check my own paypal lol but just email them to be sure.

Then i placed a small order a week ago or so during the busy 70% off sale, did it through paypal to get the cheaper shipping (it worked unlike the first time) and got my order yesterday! Huge RAVE for the studio cream shadows! I have almost all the colours and they are great!

darnit im still waiting for my orders from the sale .... i think it also has to do with our particular postal delivery person though

my first order from elf was $33 and i didnt pay any custom fees...maybe because it wasnt delivered to my door but put into our box..

I have made countless ELF orders, and have never been dinged to pay customs, even when the order values are claimed over $20. ELF just put that there so customers can't complain about it later.

@xox2010: looks like you had a $10.40 order (after the 60% off discount) + shipping ($6.95), which is $17.35USD. $16.95 sounds like it is the CAD equivalent of that amount after the exchange and Paypal surcharge (2%).
