Question about candles and wax warmers? Yes or no to candles? Normal or flamless? Wax warmers? If you have one is it scentsy or glade one? Wax refills do they have to be scentsy or glade? Or will either do? Or other brands (not sure if you can use others in them)?

No thank you to candles.

Have several Scentsy warmers.

Have lots of bars- not sure about using different brands... If google says it will work I am game to try .

Buddy- could you use any winter items? scarves , mitts etc? for you or the others in your life?

Always- especially for the girls (size 6-8) not so much the scarves but mitts and hats for sure

Buddy do you like tea? bags or loose? by the cup or pot?

I drink a cup every now and then. I prefer loose because I can use it in my keurig, but also use tea bags. I prefer earl grey but do like some herbal kinds as well. I'd be interested in trying a favourite blend from David's or wherever you like to get tea too I do drink more in winter than summer.

Tea=good. I have been leaning towars loose or kuerig tea kcups. Have lots of bags for now . David's tea is yummy- I think I mentioned a couple of their winter blends in this thread somewhere?

Buddy, who are your favourite authors?

Contemporary romance (a la Susan Mallery or Susan Wiggs or Debbie Maycomber), James Patterson, Stuart Phillips, John Lescroart, courtroom drama (modern day), "naughty" romance (but not blatant - does that make sense?)

Most of those male authors I have read most if not all of their books... But maybe you know of someone similar?

Sorry for all the individual posts- on my iPad and I haven't figured out the multi quote yet

What an adventure we had getting to Miami today . After getting up just before 4am and getting to the airport and through security and on the plane.... we Sat on the Tarmac at the Calgary airport for well over 2 hours this morning due to an engine failure. While I am happy that they discovered the failure on the ground and not at 37,000 ft- it made for a long morning. Our delay was just long enough that we missed our entire 1 hr 56min layover in Houston . We got to our connecting flight and even though the plane was still there- the doors had already been closed and they would not let us on . We ended up with a lovely 4+ hour layover before we could get the next fight out. Finally made it to Miami and into our hotel for showers/bed around 10 tonight. The girls did really well with their on day and only had a few silly episodes where they were bananas. They entertained several people riding/pulling their Trunkis through the airports. I really wish I had have bought a saddlebag for them.

Hope everyone else is enjoying their weekend . I am off to do a bit of shopping tomorrow and then board the cruiseship... Buddy any US or Caribbean requests???

Don't need any candles or wax warmers, I got an awesome one from BeckyRobinson on the Xmas in July train!

I had a busy day today! Made a bunch of dog cookies and cleaned the kitchen / living room! DH had my vehicle at work, so no shopping today!

I'm thinking about making my own dog cookies again, I made some last year but find its a PIA. But then again I don't really like to bake in the first place.
