    One man shot in his foot, two arrested and released, the victim is not cooperating with police...sounds like he knew his shooter?

    Lynn when I first heard this headline coming on the tv I thought the story was about another Parliament Hill shooting! More than likely the victim knew his shooter if he is not cooperating with Police. Would hate to have been shopping there at that time, must have been so frightening for everyone.

    Oh, me, too, when I first saw the words Ottawa and shooting on the tv screen! Thank goodness it was just between "friends"..., and not some random creep wanting his 5 minutes of fame!

    Makes sense why he won't cooperate with the police, then. He maybe got a warning...next time it could be much worse. But I agree....this should never happen in such a busy, public place!
