okay so i am just trying to spend very little-and use up my stockpile-just ran out of frozen bread-so i will be looking for sales next week on bread-fisrt went to rexall to pick up my moms pills-look at clearance
(1) elastoplast bandages 2.97-1.00 cpn=1.99-always need bandages
(2) 2pkg of summer tea towels 1.49 the 2 pkg-will make a nice addition to prizes for my daughters shower in the fall-always gotta think ahead

then to metro next door
(1) nutrigrain bars 2.49
(1) fibre plus bars 2.49-.50=1.99
(1)pkg of 10 minute maid tetra pkg 3.69- free cpn when you buy the above bars =free
(10 dempsters thin bagels 3.69-50 cpn= 3.19 wanted to try them
(2) egg creations 3.49-1.00 cpn=2.49 plus 10 airmiles when you buy 2-hubby loves these
(1) kurig cups 8.79 plus 10 airmiles when you buy 1 - a treat for hubby -cause son bought us the machine as a gift for fathers day and his birthday

so saved 7.79 in total today at rexall and metro in coupons-every little bit helps
