I can;t think of a reason it should be hidden for the Newbie group, I think it was just set up wrong
I asked Boo to look into it

I have followed all the instructions and still no prefix area. I've also posted in the Games Forum to up my posting count. Maybe one day it will appear.

My browser is IE9 and OS is Vista Home Premium.
