Sharon is kissing Adam. Sharon's kitchen is being renovated by Mac (ex. of Ashley), so Sharon is going to stay with Adam. Adam may be a father in a few months - with his wife he is separated from.

Sharon has all that Newman money from her divorce. You mean to tell me that she could not find a nice place to stay until her kitchen is renovated. Or she couldn't take a nice long round the world trip? Sheesh
