Anybody else having problems printing Smartsource coupons?

can anyone help me? i'm using microsoft edge and got to step 2 in the printing process "YOUR COUPONS ARE READY.OPEN THE ADOBE DOCUMENT AND CLICK 'YES' TO PRINT YOUR COUPONS." but i cannot find the document anywhere - it's not in my downloaded folder. I even did a search in all folders etc. and nothing came up. TIA
i'm also using window 10
i remembered clearly i used to be able to print, i wonder if updating to window 10 messed it up

I am always having that kind of issues hope someone have an answer this happen to me trying to print the pepsi coupons

I uninstalled Adobe and also FireFox, and then reinstalled both and everything worked.
