    Sadly, can't use that as a guide. Cereal is not taxed but most cereal contains a lot of sugar (and not only the obvious ones like Lucky Charms - check out the 'healthy' cereal nutritional label some day, it can be surprising, as 4 g of sugar equals one teaspoon, and then you look at the serving size on the label and think about how much actually goes into the bowl).
