There is a limit of one (1) Prize per eligible person, and a limit of two (2) Prizes per household, during the Contest Period. A household is defined as a residential unit whether a house, or a unit (e.g. an apartment or townhouse unit) in a multi-residential building.

I called them before I got this answer and the person who is heading it told me that I cannot fax it, it has to be mailed. I mailed it yesterday, was only like 62 cents, but i haddn't planed to go ut that day.
