A “Berry” Good “Mini” Deal!

I thought about initially just buying one box of MiniWheats at a time but my time and gas are worth something, too, so I decided to buy six at once for my first purchase so that I could buy in multiples of six after that.

I purchased six boxes of MiniWheats at a time, PMing Zehrs' current sale price of $2.69 at Wal-mart and RCSS.

First Transaction:

6 x $2.69 (Zehrs, ON price) = $16.14

Second Transaction:

6 x $2.69 (PM Zehrs) – 6 x $2.00 coupon (from MW box) = $4.14

Third Transaction:

6 x $2.69 (PM Zehrs) – 6 x $2.00 coupon (from MW box) = $4.14

Fourth Transaction:

6 x $2.69 (PM Zehrs) – 6 x $2.00 coupon (from MW box) = $4.14

Fifth Transaction:

6 x $2.69 (PM Zehrs) – 6 x $2.00 coupon (from MW box) = $4.14

Sixth Transaction:

6 x $2.69 (PM Zehrs) – 6 x $2.00 coupon (from MW box) = $4.14

In total, I paid $36.84 and I have:

36 x boxes of MiniWheats – some to keep and some to give away

36 x $1.00 fresh berries – can never have too many of these coupons

36 x $1.00 any soy or almond beverage, any brand, any size – love the any brand/any size

36 x $1.00 any almonds – ideal for $1.00 packages of bulk almonds or sale price on Blue Diamond Almonds

PLUS

I still have 6 x $2.00 any MiniWheats to use for future purchases! It’s the coupon that keeps on giving!

In a nutshell, I have 36 boxes of MiniWheats cereal and $36 + $36 + $36 + $12 = $120 worth of great coupons for which I paid a total of $36.84!

It does. Coupons are on the exterior of the box

Thanks for the tip. I am finally out of Miniwheats. Time to stock up again. Hopefully at Safeway with Air miles if it comes up right.

MiniWheats are on sale at Sobeys (ON) for $2.99. My local Sobeys have the boxes with the coupons on them.
