I recently receive the free neutrogena Clinical trial sample and on the card it came on it says go to the site and get $5.00 off your next purchase of any neutrogena clinical product and to discover the money-back guarantee. But when I go to the site http://www.neutrogenaclinical.ca/en/offers, there's a button/link for a $10.00 coupon and if you click that you get sent to save.ca and there's no coupon.... so what's up with that? feels like i'm just getting the run around for a coupon that can't be found. Am I the only one like this?
Btw I did email them and asked if they could help out with it, so hopefully they'll reply sometime this week.This thread is currently associated with: Save.ca Coupons

usally i find it means they ran out of coupons or they dont offer the product anymore! but i could be wrong !

Something happened to me...I emailed them and they replied that they were mailing me some coupons.

I got my reply and they are mailing out more coupons....i feel a bit bad for them having to go through the trouble since they're already mailing out 2 fpc due to a defect in product.
this is the email i got, so if anyone else is having the same problems, just message them.

believe that means that they don't have any more.... I emailed the company and put in a big complain about this problem....... fingers crossed we will see what happens
