It looks like Ebates is back up to a 6% Rebate. Not much by previous standards, but better than the 3% that it was.

Husband got an email that order of four books was cancelled, all using rewards - not stacked, or anything, worth just over $20.
Went to sign in to the site, got a notification

"Due to too many unsuccessful password attempts, your account has been locked. Please contact SHOP.CA support ([email protected]) to unlock your account."

That was after one attempt. Realized it was the wrong password, used the correct one, and got the same notice.
Emailed them this morning.

Happened to anyone else?

@Natalka: Try contact them by phone. I use a code and order something from Mark's, couldn't even log in with the right password after. Then I try to retrieve my password and that doesn't work either, said my email does not exist in their system. Maybe I have been banned.

A Facebook friend had her account locked a while back for the same reason, they unlocked it no issues

No, toronto gal - and rewards used were legit ones, for sure. Some were in account already for quite a while, though not expired though others were, the newest one used was a facebook one.

Apparently, this has happened to many people as well.

my friend just got the same message--then got an email saying his order was cancelled--no explaination. Loosely quoting someone from facebook "just being a Canadain business does not make you an ethical business"
