price match at Superstore

Has anyone price matched a 4/$3 deal at superstore. There flyer says they don't price match multibuys but just curious if anyone has had any luck with this. I have a points offer for 1000 points for campbells soup and of course no one has it on sale for $.59 cents or even a $1 for that matter. best price I can find is 4/$3 at Sobeys but I don't want to drive all the way across town for a flyer if they won't price match it. I would like to stock up for free and give some to the family we are sponsoring. I might have to wait to see if freshco puts in on sale next week then I could do it on Thursday.

I find this one to be very hit and miss. I have seen it done where someone has price matched a multi buy, but I would have to say in my experience 9 times out 10 it is rejected. They will only price match if the each price is listed below the multi buy.

In personal experience I have seen cashiers do it probably because they do not know better, but personally I do not try. I did have it done for me a couple of times and was told they were relaxing the rule but than all of a sudden after a couple weeks they cracked back down on it and said no more, ever since I stopped even trying with multi buys and have seen many turned down for them in front of me.

Thanks... of course the sobey's flyer doesn't have the $.75 each. big sigh. the thing is is that they are selling some of the campbell's soups 4/$5 so what is the big difference, that is how they are selling it too just for more money.

I have tried to price match a 2/1.00 sale but was told at my RCSS that they do not price match those sales

They should price match if it includes a price for each (ie. 2 for $1 or 0.50 each). If they don't have the single item price, I wouldn't bother trying.

Walmart here (WEST) has Campbell's soup on for $0.57 until Thursday - front page of the flyer!!!

if you have a smartphone and have the app you could input a postal code from the West and price match

SDM have soups for 69c on the last page
