Hi every1. Haven't been around much today, so I thought I'd pop in at last.

Painful.. The horrible news is that it takes a full year to recover from this surgery, I have 8 weeks of twice a week of physio. She told me the surgery I had was very big, fixed the rips inmy rotor cuff, attached it back to the bone, cut a tendent to make it shorter, cuz it was so over stretched..

well I heard it's suppose to warm up this Monday.. Don't know how much truth there is to it, but it's worth hoping for..
