But I am not saying it is true.

I just heard through a grape vine....and is not concrete.

We can only hope! Although it would seem a bit strange to keep changing the policy to allow it, then now allow it, then allow it and so on...

I wonder if their quarterly monetary whatever effects it?
With the large coupon amounts they had been accepting it would be hard for them to continually do it (without more manufacturers getting upset - when the number of coupons submitted totals more than the number of total products sold by the chain then manufacturers may not be too happy)

I would love to be proved wrong but my feeling is that they have tried this twice and had to discontinue it....I don't see them doing it again. One of the biggest challenges was staffing.

I know an employee of Save On and he hasn't heard anything about it.

He did however say that there was a couple of "coupon queens" who used to come in and clear the place out n the first day of the flyer. He said they haven't been in the store lately.
