Haha I was expecting to see some deals but this brag is awesome too. We really don't give front line workers enough credit. I know I could not work in retail anymore.

Oh, but you would be the best person to work in retail. You would be exactly the person the customers would want to deal with.
Unfortunately, you and I, we both left "customer service" jobs because of of some not so nice working conditions and not so nice customers.

Yes, front line workers have a difficult time some times.

I had the same experience last Sunday at the Listowel Walmart. I couldn`t find a filter so asked at CS. She told me where it was then took me there, helped me find the right one and said if there was a problem I could return it. That`s what good customer sevice looks like.

Wowww! I wish anyone would ask me if I wanted to price match, let alone someone at Walmart (my local Walmart is notorious for being difficult in regards to coupons and price matches, haha) I'm very glad you took the time to share your positive experience with us

I've noticed the customer service by floor staff has been excellent lately at Walmart. Staff going the extra mile to call other locations

Too bad the lines are always so long when I go and the shelf is empty . But yes, the floor staff deserve kudos
