    Resurrection time!
Thought there was a page dedicated to crock pot meals.
I have this going on atm.

Wild Mushroom Chicken Slow Cooker Stew

    4 c button mushrooms, halved, 2 shallots, thinly sliced, 1 pkg (14 g) dried mixed mushrooms ( chopped ).
4 sprigs fresh thyme, 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp pepper, 8 bone-in chicken thighs, skin removed.
    1 c sodium-reduced chicken broth, 1 c white wine, 2 T grainy mustard.

In slow cooker, combine button mushrooms, shallots, mixed mushrooms, thyme, S + P, arrange chicken over top.
Whisk broth, wine and mustard; pour over chicken. Cover, cook on low until juices run clear when thickest part of
thighs are pierced, 6 to 8 hours.

1/4 c cornstarch, 1/4 c 10% cream, 2 tsp white wine vinegar, 1/4 cup lightly packed fresh tarragon leaves

Whisk cornstarch, cream and vinegar until smooth; pour into slow cooker. Cover, cook on high until thickened, about 15 minutes.
Garnish with tarragon. Serve with riced cauliflower or Konjac noodles Makes 4 to 6 servings.

    Hope it turns out!!
