Shoppers Personalized coupons - sucking lately?

I got
buy any bathroom tissue and pay only $3.99
and the other one was buy one get one free any paper towels,
but I don't know how Sdm system takes all coupons.
i bought 1 royale bathroom tissue and two bount paper towels,
and I gave cashier both coupons,but the strange thing happened the system did applied the coupon pay $3.99 to all royale and bounty paper towels.
bounty paper towel was on sale $5.99
with BOGO free coupon it should be $2.99 and $3.
but both rang up as $3.99.the cashier was unable to solve the issue so she called the manager...
and even manager could not figure it out,it took 45 minutes to get to know that only one coupon was applied to all three products so the cashier refund me for bounty and then I bought bounty separate with bogo coupon.

If any one received the coupon pay $3.99 on any royale or bathroom tissue
it will also work on bounty 6 count paper towels even if you have more then 1, it will work for all you have in one transaction

Might not use them, unless there's a really good deal. Not aware of any. Maybe the Christie cookies.

I think I saw herbal Essences on sale for 2.99 in ON flyer. Use p&g cpn and get 2000 pts which is roughly $4 value! Worth to buy if u need shampoo

nice! I also want to use manufacture cpn with the sdm ones. it stated on the sdm cpn that 'not to be used in conjuction with any other coupon or offer', how can i persuade the cashier the restriction does not apply to manufacture cpn? Thanks!

Last time the csm told me if Sdm doesn't wanted me to use the manufacturer coupon it can states that can not be combine with manufacturer coupon or any other Sdm offer,but Sdm want business from customers and manufacture coupon is some kind of tender,the money they get back from manufacturer,
and she further explained to me that coupon also satetes can not be combine with any other offer also means coupon can not be used on sale items but she said that HO is working on it and then coupons will also work on regular price items.

I think it is still too early in the day to worry about not getting coupons

I've had them show up after 6 pm.

Frequently they arrive between 12 and 2 pm but looking in my SDM mail folder 4-6 pm is not exactly uncommon either.
