my sister's got deleted too - you put there email address is to see if it was shipped - they say duplicate and its deleted but they don't verify the address.

I believe if it's the same IP address but different home address, it will be accepted. My hubby's order got deleted. I used the same IP and home address when I did the order for my and his account. Originally Posted by babygurl69

Got mine today. It was missing the Jergens BB cream, John Frieda Colour shampoo and conditioner, and the John Frieda Frizz Ease Thermal serum. I got to the site early and had all 17 samples (plus mag) to choose from so I'm surprised I'd be shorted since I was on there so early. The one sample out of all that I really wanted to try was the BB cream I didn't get.

I had the original email on April 1st, confirming my order was successful and would arrive in 6-8 weeks, but nothing since. Did everyone get a second email saying the package was on it's way?
