Kijiji Deleted My Ad

So today i saw kijiji deleted my ad, without any notice or email and blocked my account also. Now i am trying to ask their customer service about the issue but no reply.
This ad had 18000 views and i was paying $15 per week for top ad. Dont know what to do now.
P.S: This ad was totally legit and non of their stupid rules and regulation were violated.
Any tips?

Sometimes its your competitor's who keep on complaining or reporting your ad as they don't want competition, Kijiji probably blindly listens to them and takes down your ad .
