    I am missing my Dad quite a bit these days. He died in 1983...a long time to be missing someone. He loved the outdoors and spending time at our family cottage near Gravenhurst. A humble little place, but so many wonderful & incredible summers, family fun etc. A black and white TV to keep us amused on rainy days. He always seemed to have a little project going on. I enjoyed having my morning coffee in our screened in porch & at nighttime you could hear the mosquitoes lurking around, but they were banished from our porch. Looking out over the lake...a free light show, loons saying hello & a rum & coke for Loocie.

    Back to the hospital tomorrow, but thanking my lucky stars I am not going to be having a sleepover there. There will not be a total of 14 blood draws, 3-ECG's etc. Just a visit to the clinic with my doc, I'll get a once over & they will set me up with what is coming up next for me in regards to my treatment.

    I am feeling good & although sleep is a hit & miss with me, last night I slept really well. It sure makes a difference when one is not dog tired.

    All I have to say right now is that it is good to be home & I am very glad to be here. I am going to bake cookies today.
