How do you remit a receipt that has 4 of the same product as it says you can only d/l the receipt once????

Is everyone's redemption form still not working? I deleted the app and downloaded it again and still won`t let me select Canada for the country.

I used it last week and it worked. Try from a desktop? Today I had problems uploading a receipt. Kept going back to the "take picture" page even after uploaded, but never gave me the confirmation. Worked on a desktop

I just uploaded a receipt tonight and it seems to be working properly for me on Android. We'll see if it is approved ok.

I wonder if SnapSave being sold to Groupon will delay any requested cheques? I requested a cheque 1.5wks ago, I know it takes a while to receive a cheque. This is my first cheque requested through this app.

I haven't read all the posts, but I have tried for three weeks in a row to upload receipts. I upload the picture from my Kindle and it just stops there. It never loads. I have successfully done it before the same way. Anyone know what's happening? Thanks in advance.

this keeps happening to me too my camera isnt working on my phone even to take a pic its says camera failed ?????

I didn't even know I could use ss outside of the app. Thanks will try tomorrow when I get more approvals
