Just wanted to confirm the great service from Snap today. Submitted for 6 on Saturday and was only credited for one, called today and was pleasantly fixed. I had emailed them on Saturday but had no response so far.

Just got off the phone with them to credit me 4. They are so pleasant and very efficient. Got the credit right away.

Calling is totally the way to go.
I emailed them Saturday, when I purchased 6 Pledge but was only credited 1.
It's Monday now, still no reply. I gave them a call this afternoon, waited 2 minutes before speaking to a CS rep. He added my $$ 30 seconds later!
Great customer service. I wish their system was better though.

I agree with everyone 's comments...customer service was excellent. I emailed them but never received a reply. Called this afternoon and got credited for them with no problems. Cashed out immediately (I only bought four as that is all we will use in a lifetime) . Very nice deal though.

Don't forget they will review receipts again before they issue the check, my balance got changed for unknown reason. Emailed them and was told a duplicate receipt and suggest me to read their term and policy.

Have to explain to them even if a duplicate receipt, should not be that amount. and never get feedback.

the reason behind it so you can't use buy 2 save $2 coupon with pledge...
