Take advantage of Target and manufacturer's coupons. Got lots of CoverGirl makeup for free. Target coupons are taken off before tax.
Check your flyers that participate in the PC Plus Program. Got lots of Campbell soup for free when Provigo and Loblaws in Montreal were selling them for $1 and get 1000 bonus points for each can. Then the following week, Loblaws in Ontario had the same sale. We were in Ottawa that week so I told DH's family about free soup and they all got in on the deal. Buy 20 cans, redeem 20,000, get back 20,000. Zero out of pocket.

Match clearance with coupons. That's rock bottom prices.
Plus you can add your in-store deals with online/application base apps like Checkout51, SnapSave, CartSmart.

I don't know about you guys, but I've gotten a TONNE of free cereal lately. Kashi, Special K, Krave, (haha, all have "k's" in 'em). *nerd*
Anyways, I've gotten so much I've literally had to give some away; my makeshift stockpile shelves are just a smidge full.
On top of Razors, Candles, Air friesheners, Lysol, Bathroom/toilet cleaner, Pasta (which I've actually MADE money from), etc.
The one thing I tell people about is the apps you can get for your phone/iPad (so, Checkout 51, SnapSaves and CartSmart), cause not a lot of my friends are into couponing. They like the idea of it, but they all make me do the work, . Which I have no problem doing, of course! And at least they can save a bit of money and get it returned when they have enough!Last edited by Starstabbed; Tue, Mar 18th, 2014 at 01:42 PM.

If you get a SDM Optimum points card and collect points you can get free shops for what ever you want in their stores. Tip shop on 20x pts days or 18500 pts days and buy items you can get for good prices (always check clearance)then use coupons to bring your total oop down, save your points for max redemptions.
