Went to the Farmers Market today and bought 6 dozen corn. I asked if they would give 1.00 per dozen off and they said yes and even threw in 6 for free.
Put them straight on the BBQ sliced off the corn and into the freezer.

So then, now I'm curious, how much did the corn end up being?
Ah, I love corn on the cob, getting some tomorrow! And there's nothing like having frozen corn on the cob in the middle of winter! I don't cut mine off, just blanch and freeze.
