Just a heads up for those of you getting excited about Reach toothbrushes at Rexall for 88 cents...
Rexalls policy is not to accept coupons on sale items.
Has anyone experienced this? This thread is currently associated with: Pharmaplus, Rexall PharmaPlusFT: TONS of $1 Unilever Icecream, including BREYERS! EXP: AUG 31ST!

I have never had an issue with using a coupon on a sale item at rexall. But things might have changed.

I have never been given that rule at Rexall before but, sometimes they do really read the coupons. Actually last weekend I went for the live clean lip balm on sale for $3.22 used a $3.00 coupon.
Also they had lots of clearance items.
Bought : 3 secret clinical $3.47 minus 3 $3.00 coupons
live and clean shampoo $2.17
live and clean liquid soap/sweet pea 500ml $4.12
minus $2.50 coupon when you buy 2 live and clean
was very impressed since I only went there to buy lip balm
I was very impressed with cashier she didn't question one coupon.

That's nonsense IMO ..... they are re=imbursed for the coupon + handling charges so they'd actually make more money accepting coupons.
Try a different cashier

You might also want to consider price matching at a different store...take your business elsewhere if they won't do it

I've never had a problem with coupons at Rexall. Bought many live clean and clearance items this week no problems. They are very coupon friendly - no hassles at all.

I'm too scared to try at my Rexall as I've heard too many horror stories. Go to Walmart and price match anyway, as you'll get overage there.

i've never had a problem, do it all the time at 2 different ones. The 1 will not take it if the value of coupon is more than sale price though..like the reach tb. But if u pm then you'll get the overage that will cover the tax and actually make it free

Never had a problem at my Rexall buying multiples and using coupons. Actually, the girls at the registers ask me all the time where to and how to coupon. I give them this site and tell them how wonderful everyone is here!

Rexall here will not accept coupon on "sale" items too, so I m on the same boat and that is the reason why I only had been there twice. First time was getting stamps for 10% off, but after realize they never gave me the discount so I had to go back. never been back since...

I have used coupons on sale items at Rexall. You might have had a misinformed cashier, though I had to argue with a manager once who said they wouldn't accept coupons on clearance items.
I am going tomorrow to a Rexall grand opening and bringing a bucket of coupons with me so we'll see if the new employees put up a fightApply every possible promo code to your cart, at every store that you visit (and get points for cash back on top of that?). It's sweet and easy with HONEY.

It is dependent on store.
I've been to Rexall and refused the use of a coupon on a sale item. So I just PM everything at WM now.
