Coupons not printing

Is it only me but no coupons are printing for me from the Smart Canuck website. Every coupon I go to print says "Error from database". Anyone else having problems?

check your java.. update it as I had to update it today..

For the smartsource ones, it didn't work to use the link provided, I had to go directly to the smartsource site to print the coupons.

I updated java and still the same problem. Even had my husband check it out and he (who usually knows everything about computers) can't figure it out. 3 or 4 days ago it printed fine.

I'm on a mac with the latest java update and it's never worked for me. I use safari but have tried with firefox and still nothing...so frustrating.

Definately. I really want the Kraft cheese one and when I went to Kraft online, I couldn't remember my name or password. Three times I sent in a request and it says email is on the way to your box and I did not receive it...frustrating!!!!

On another forum I read that they are aware of the problem and are looking into fixing it.....hopefully soon!!!

I have the same problem. I sent a complain to java but no reply.As for Kraft, they said I didn't have a profile..I was registered & completed my profile but was not able to print any.As for Smartsource, it worked for some & didn't work for others.i tried getting the $5 gold bond cpn which showed on my printing history but it never printed. I cannot print anything from healthy essentials & I wan the Neutrogena & Listerine cpns so bad...this is really really frustrating.

Shiernette, the others are talking about printing from SC's coupon database which is producing an error

For your issue, have you tried deleting old versions of java? Java is a PITA it doesn't actually upgrade but installs new versions then it gets confused because you have multiple versions running.

Remove all versions including the up to date one AND uninstall the coupon printer software etc for each coupons.com, coupons inc, qples etc then reinstall java and try again

make sure you have the latest printer drivers

Oh and make sure all software is up to date and get a free registry cleaner program and use.
