No, you won't get the points if you redeem, unless you still have a balance to pay after redeeming, that before tax gets you to the threshold for the points.

I've had problems past two weeks with not being awarded points that were loaded to my card. The "digital coupon not available" message gets printed on my receipt. I've emailed and had the points added by CRS.

Once shortly after the coupons became digital I had a coupon for pay $0.49 for any Campbell's soup, bought the same soup I always bought with that coupon and was charged regular price. Called customer service and they awarded me points for it as they couldn't refund me money. (I miss that coupon, and the 800 pts for milk coupon.)

Small at Shoppers' idea of customer service:

Hub's card got the weekly "3K wus $10 on Food & Snacks" coupon, and we loaded it to the card a couple of days ago. This morning we bought 2 doz. eggs and a Marie Callender's lasagna, for a total of $11.97 but the digital coupon did not work at the register.

We called and spoke to a Customer Service Rep. After he pulled up the purchase record he asked what Marie Callender's was (didn't think it was food), then he asked if we loaded the coupon to the card (yes, two days ago). Then he said he would award the points "in good faith". This is the second time we've encountered this situation with this coupon.

Why is it "in good faith" when it is clearly in accordance with the coupon? This kind of customer "service" makes us feel cheap, as if we asked for something we were not really entitled to. He should have had the integrity to simply acknowledge that their system didn't work properly and therefore he will award the points manually. sheesh.

Happy to get the points though!

If you buy a multiple of the very same UPC then there is a chance, no guarantee, that yes, you will get the points on the multiples.

Can I combine with either the 18500 wub $75 on Monday, or my personal offer of 8000 wub $40 diapers, baby food, formula coupon?
