That's a personal offer for Shoppers.
I got the same offer (10,000 pts for every $30) for Jan 8. My DH got 10,000 pts for every $40.

Here's one I've never seen before. The banner just says Canned Goods. Rather odd how the two lists don't completely match.

Can these offers be combined if I buy $50 in those products would I get 15000 points for them as well as my 20x the points?

Fine print says “when you spend $10 or more” so more likely you’ll only receive 3,000 no matter how much you spend passed the $10 mark.

To expand a bit on what @Cata said, it's important to pay attention to how offers are worded. The ones that say "get X points when you spend $N" on whatever actually mean wus $N or more with more having no upper limit. Accordingly, they do not award multiples of X for spending multiples of $N. So in this case, you'd only get the 3k once whether you spend $10, $50, $200, etc.

Basically, multiples are given for offers that say "for every $Y spent on" which your offer doesn't.

rec'd an interesting offer from SDM. 5,000 pts wu shop 3 times and spend at least $10 in each transaction before November 30th. I spend that on milk and eggs alone each week. It doesn't say any thing about "not valid with portion where points are used as payment so I may test it.

When I looked at conditions, I noticed that offer can't be combined with employee discounts. With all that their employees have gone thru with COVID, it's surprising that they are being stingy with their employees.
