Was too tempted to see how the GCs promo works with personalized coupon. Well , it didn't (at least for me). My total before coupons was $78 ( base pts awarded 780), after coupons $58 ( I've not bought any regular excluded items neither I bought meds). My personal offers were loaded to my Optimum card and they appeared on the screen automatically. However, the cashier said that he can't give me GCs as the cash didn't prompt him to. He called the supervisor who said that this happened because of my personalized coupons. He was certain that GCs count as Optimum Promos. Was anyone else rejected?

@innaor , I didn't go under the $75 dollar mark. My base points were 870, used $7.50 in manufacturer coupons and paid $79. The cashier had to override prices 7 times (clearance prices weren't correct, rainchecks), and each time it prompted her to give me the gift card, she even got them out when it prompted her the first time in case she forgot. I remember during one of the later ones my subtotal was $69 when she was prompted, but as she was adjusting amounts still, I can't confirm that I would have got them for sure if I was under $75.

Did your point offer get redeemed? Mine did, but who knows if I will get them. If it was a department offer (say 8k wus $30 on food) I'd be pretty confident I'd get them, but really I'm not expecting any.

He got 8k WUS $30 on food/snacks

Both were used, our small offers are crappy this week

However, my cosmetics offer does not show redeemed in my account. I have the 1 point and the coupon shows on my receipt. I hope I don't have to chase them for points.

Got 20x wus 50 for today which I just went and used. Then 22k wus 100 for wed, won't use. I have promo codes on my receipt today which is weird cause I only "redeemed" 3 personal offers 400on wonder bread, 150 on 1L milk and 20x wus 50. Can't figure out the other one is for. I had a $2 off coupon my milk but that came up as store coupon. I bought stouffers for 1.99 but it doesn't show I used it cause they're already on sale for 1.99
Coupon id's were

503619 400 on wonder bread
502383 and 500271 one of those must be the 150 on Neilson 1L milk the other I have no idea.

I used 2 offers but I'm confused as I was just getting a hang of using the printed coupons, I rec'd and used 2 digital offers BONUS POINTS 8K wus $30 food/snacks code 16654 and 20x times points wus $50 or more on anything in store coupon code 16001, base points 720 (spent $72.42 before taxes). digital bonus points show 2 pts???? I'm guessing meaning I used 2 coupons? Has anyone rec'd 20x and gotten the 8k as well.....still learning. Points to be awarded within 5 days -THANKS

I just used my 8000 wus 30 on food and I did not get the points automatically. Not sure why its happening for some people? Maybe a glitch. Was really hoping I would get them right away.
