I am not sure if this is the right place to post this but here it goes. Can somebody please help me to figure out how many points was I supposed to get.

I bought PS4 for $449.99 and I redeemed 95,000 ($200 off) and I used 20X coupon.

Please and thank you , for some reason I cannot seem to get my math to work.

But they add taxes before they take the $200 off no?? I paid $308.49 in total. I thought points were on the OOP minus the taxes. Or am I really off?

They tax on the total of sale amount, which is $449.99 in your case. $200 redemption is part of payment only
You also don't get points on taxes, that's why you're getting 249x200=49,800 points.
