I refuse to buy pop when I can mess up my teeth with chocolate instead.

Try not to pay anything: toothbrushes, toothpaste, deodorant, bodywash etc, pasta
$1: fruit/veggies (each or per lb), 5lb potatoes, dish detergent & other cleaners, sandwich bags, wrap, foil etc, mustard, pasta sauce,
Laundry $0.05/load
Toilet paper $3-4 (minus coupon),
Meats: $1.50-$2/lb max for ground ($3 if chicken/turkey), $3 cubed beef, $4 (usually when they are on for $3.44) boneless skinless chicken
Milk $1/L (at SDM with points on it)
Cheese $4/500g (usually stock up at $3.50-$4 when there is a coupon but went crazy with the Target sale so wont be buying for a while)

We shell out for Tide, usually at $4.99 because it works better on his nasty work clothes, but I try to get it cheaper

about dishwasher tabs, paid $1.97 for 25 tabs from Loblaws
regular price $5.99 to $6.99/box

we have had problems with mail in rebates, so we don't bother wasting time or stamps:-)

I agree, I try to never pay more than .10 cents a tab which is my maximum price I will pay.I do the MIR for finish as well but I highly doubt I could do enough MIR's to never pay for dish tabs again! We run a load a day for our family.

Razors...I never pay anything for them. With all the razor, both male and female, freebies the last few yrs I haven't had to buy them in years

I am finally out of free razors, but I got some Mach3 blades at a super cheap price earlier this year (under 50c blade)
