I don't get many anymore, I used to suffer from migraines but they seem to have disappeared.
For a headache I try to drink lots of water to see if it's dehydration first then if that doesn't work 2 tylenols and it usually goes away

I get headaches all the time.
It's usually from being dehydrated (like Patty said) or I'm hungry (ha) but I usually take two liquid gels and water.
Hope that works or sometimes I have to sleep it off (if it gets really bad).WHATT, You aren't doing Swagbucks? http://swagbucks.com/refer/acosta22

They are rare with me, but when they come, they are like a visegrip. Couple x-strength ty, and a good head massage from my husband often work best.

I'll leave it alone for awhile and drink water in the meantime. If it's still there after a few hours, I'll take two Tylenols extra strength, and I'll do either of these two, apply an ice-pack to my forehead, or heat at the back of my neck.

I have chronic migraines. I wake up probably 3-4 Times a week with a migraine. I take Excedrine Migraine which is only available in the States. It is a combination of aspirin, Tylenol and caffeine. It is the only thing that works - I've tried OTC drugs as well as prescribed drugs. They either didn't work or I was allergic to them. Now I can take these pills and be up and going in about 1/2 an hour instead of 1-3 days of hiding under the covers. I even went to a migraine specialist who said he couldn't promise me any better "pain free" time with any drug he could prescribe.

Ok I get migraines all the time... first thing is... it depends on the kind of headache and the source I get them from a few things...E have Ehlers Danlos so i am very flexible that includes my neck so sometimes gently lifting up my neck in my hands for about 30 seconds gets everything flowing properly and helps... Allergy is of them I take aerius with a zantac tablet and see if the headache gets better.... if not then advil....
Being dehydrated, sudden reduction in caffeine or sugar and needing to eat have obvious fixes.. hormones.... yeah you guys know what i am talking about... reflexology really helps and you can do it to yourself for free... this helps other types of headaches too. I will put a link to a vid below to show you how from a pro. Magnesium deficiency If you take magnesium and it helps your set... watch dosing and only take it from tablets in the health food section of the store. Double and triple check doses to make sure you get the right amount... too much is bad!!!! Yup... LOL I get some wicked headaches... slurred speech... lack of balance... reversing words and typos... sometimes spelling a whole sentence backwards.. any way you cut it... I hope you get less headaches Dan!

2 Advil Liqui-Gels and 2 Tylenol Ultra. Works like a charm.

Hot steamy showers work for me, I turn the water up as hot as I can stand it, then use the pressure setting on the shower head directly on my neck. Works like a charm 90% of the time for me.
