Just came back from Pharma Plus.
4 boxes of Lever 2000 (16 bars) - $1.49-$1.00 off coupon = .2.00
3 Boxes of Bandaids - $2.77-1.50 Coupon = 1.27 each X3
1 Secret Deoderant - $1.49 - SCOP = Free
3 Arm and Hammer Deoderants 2 priced at 1.99 and 1 at 1.49 -1.00 off coupon. They should have been $1.49 each
but I reached the limit.
Originally I scop'ed the arm and hammer deo, and 1 was suppose to be free, but did not notice until I looked at my bill as my friend was paying it did not actually come off and I was charged $1.99 rather then $1.49. I even watched the cashier do it and make 1 $0
When I asked for $2.48 back the manager came out and advised me there is a limit of 4. I said I didn't buy 4. She then pointed out that its a Limit of 4 for all that is included in the picture in the flyer.
I was a little cranky as I only needed the soap to add to my donation pile and really needed the deoderant. GrhH!!!It would have been $1 each for me....I would have changed my approach. Grh!
Anyway.
Paid 12.80 ( should have been just about $10 - yes I am still bitter. I only have a budget of $50.00 this week for groceries :| )
Total Saved on bill $50.45

I just wanted to share my conversation with Head office about the 4 limit...
UPDATE!!!!
Ok I just got off the phone with Head office with a 27 minute conversation.
I explained I purchased 4 Lever 2000, and 4 deoderants. The soap was charged at $1.49 and the deoderant rang in at $1.99. I advised the manager of the store said it's 4 in total. HO said they agree'd with me that the flyer is confusing and it's poor on their marketing dept. They advised it is up to the Manager on how to read the flyer, but should always side with the customer. However, since there were ppl behind me (line up) sometimes the manager will not over ride as everyone else wants to get in on the deal and SCOP as I was doing. Also, their til's automatically changes to $1.99 once the limit has been reached as that is the way Marketing had viewed the deal. HO advised me a customer should never leave unhappy and agree'd if one person is able to get over the limit for $1.49 then it should apply to everyone.
Best conversation I have ever had with Customer Service and I advised them I will try out Pharma Plus again.
All in all, it's up to the store manager on how they view the flyer, but should side with the customer, unless their is over 10 ppl all listening in and wanting the same deal. This (and I understand why) is because if everyone wants the deal their stock will be null and of course nothing is worse then having someone come in with the shelf being cleared
I feel better already

Wow, great job with calling H.O. It makes it all worth it in the end. At least you know the policies now and can question the manager at that location. Great shopping trip and thanks for sharing.
