Thread: Chocolate Chocolate Chocolate!

I went to Walmart on my lunch break and bought 6 of the 12 pk of Reese's peanut butter cups for $2 - $2 coupon = FREE. All I had to pay for was taxes which came to $0.60! I have 19 more coupons to use, but their policy is that they only accept 6 of the same coupon, so I will go back another time as I didn't have time to go back in as I was in a hurry. But not only did it feel great to get all that chocolate for free, but the man behind me in line was watching the whole transaction and when when the cashier told me my total he turns to me and says "Great job! That is an amazing deal!" I didn't have any more coupons on me at the time otherwise I would have given him some, but it felt great to be recognized for the great savings rather than dealing with cranky customers as I've had on many occasions.

I had never had this problem in the past, but a couple weeks ago when I went the cashier told me that they were only allowed to accept 6 of the same coupons at the same time, but she was nice enough to ring through a bunch of different transactions maxing out the 6 coupons per transaction because I had never heard of them limiting coupons before. I think it might be a new thing unfortunately

Hopefully this deal is still on in a few months. I want to buy the oh henry ones they have for my wedding candy bar. If I buy them now and fiancée finds them they're toast

Excellent job! I love those coupons. Didn't know that Walmart had a coupon limit. Thanks for posting.

Yes it is nice to hear someone in line chearing for you instead of rolling the eyes and huffing and puffing with anger...
I also wanted to mention those coupons can be use on various items not just the photo on the coupon...I forget the original poster I think it might be rockko, please forgive me if I am wrong but the look at the coupon. As long as it has the size between the ounces/grams it qualifies..I always followed the photo on coupons but it says HERSHEY and ( I do not have the (size-size) but the OP posted that they got like a pack of mini bars with that coupon and when I went to I believe it was RCSS a few months ago they had like those 10 Reeses cups individualy wrapped in one pack and it fell under the qualifications and were 1.88 so they were free since they give no overage but just sayin not just the photo on coupon...Hershey and size...Now my mind is more open to possibilites and deals shared of course by reading all of them as much as I can...more lessons learned every day. So thanks for sharing.
