Beware Freshco!! Ended up being SCOP!!

Went to Freshco, was pm'img some items then I noticed the orange and yellow peppers were on sale for $1.79 lb but was marked $6.45 kg!! What kind off math is that!! So I grabbed a big bag of the peppers after shopping I went to the cash and my peppers came to almost $9.00 they were put through for $6.45kg mentioned that they were on sale for $1.79 lb and you charged me almost double..he called someone and they checked he said they should have been $3.45 or $3.49 kg., got them all FREE!!...just be careful I saw some people going through and being charged double!! I tried to tell them in the parking lot but they already left!!

good eyes, peppers are expensive enough. to get price per kg conversion is about 2.2

It just goes to show..watch your prices... Thanks for sharing...that is nuts... Freshco is tricky that way and they do not give rainchecks...that is aweful because they might just bring in a few and S.O.L.

Speaking of went to Walmart -their anniversary sale and DH was out of town and they had those storage containers for 2.94(limit of 4). Was not a fan of the colour choices but he said we needed some for the lake so I went to the store around 11:00 AM on Friday...sold out at 9:30AM at Baseline location - no rainchecks, no guarantees there will be more, an associate called checked and all sold out in the area. was so disapointed...
My point is how many did they have if they open at 7AM to 9:30 sold out..limi of 4....

How come sometimes they have the right to say no to rainchecks??? I dont get it? another time was Magic Erasers....those are always in stock.. END OF RANT...
