Yes!! But it was a very emotional day yesterday.... It was hard leaving my daughter at school again, and I hadn't seen my dad in quite some time.....

We had a great visit with dad .... He'll be 88 in November and had several strokes over the last few years. He can't speak, so it makes it very difficult to communicate while we visit, but last night we could tell that he was fully aware.... he was very happy to see us too...

I'm sorry that psych image stretched the board, I didn't think it would be that big!!!

Lee: I'm sorry about your dad. After my dad had a very bad stroke, he couldn't speak either and was in a nursing home after a few years for the rest of his life. He could get one or two important words out and one of them was "Home", he missed being at home sooo much, it really was heart breaking and went on for at least 20 years!!!!!

I went to the Vegetarian Fest yesterday and picked up lots of healthy things including chia seeds, gogi berries, hemp oil, hemp seed butter, hemp bliss drinks, sprouted chia and flax seed powder, organic coconut, brown rice and germ powders and various soya products!!

I'm off to another street festival today, just gotta decide which one! Have a good day all!

is such a sad day, 10 years, sighing,,,
i remember that day well, was living in pefferlaw
with my mom. and even though i get up later then
most - i heard about the planes first on the cbc radio,

(got up early to meet up with library people - as i was
now the new delivery book person - for people who
couldn't get to the library)
was startled the tv mom was watching hadn't said anything
silly me said 'have you seen america is under attack?'

we went to meet the library people, in sutton -
it's in the school, so met a crosswalk person, who
was desperate for info,,,,,
i met up with the library people, and one woman told me
days later there had been 7 planes - her daugter knew
someone,,,

dropped mouse in cats water bowl, shut up
so hard to move anywhere -
