Can I use personalized 18500 with double double event?

Got personalized email coupon of 18500 when you spend $75 or more credit by the 14th day of following month;
Can I combine this with the double double event this weekend - 10 tim card and 10 sdm card??

From reasoning it should work as the double double event is not an optimum promotion/offers. But since the 18500 pts wont be awarded until I guess Aug14th, its a bit risky to try the concept, eh? Has anyone tried? will this work? Thanks!!!

I have had it work in the past but it is also ymmv. Computer will prompt to give promo but cashiers may say no and not allow you to do both. Hit and miss.

I've used it before and not had a problem.... for the same reason you stated - the double double does not require an optimum card in order to be given - so it's not a conflict of two optimum offers.... however some cashiers will believe that it is - so it's really a matter of your store management and how they treat that point offer. Try it - or ask at your store. One point is that in the beauty/cosmetic department they are much more open to following what the computer directs them to do

Yes it should work. I got a coupon for 20x the points on face lotion and the points appeared instantly. Spent $83 before tax, got 24070 points back and the double double promo. The cashier tried to play dumb though and didn't even offer the promo, I had to remind her.
