WHAT is YOUR best SDM shop this week?

Some good clearance items at my local SDM as well...lots of Soap & Glory, Olay Fresh effects gift sets, Yes to Carrots, etc. Used my willpower as I knew I didnt need any of it...then I turned around and there was a whole other section of clearance that include laundry products, air fresheners and diapers (past the diaper stage but I'm sure anyone who is still in it, would be excited). I got Gain Flings (35 pacs) for $3.99 - $0.50 coupon, and Gain Fireworks 375g for $3.99 = $1 coupon. Have never tried the Fireworks in-wash scent booster but as the SDM guy said to me, good time to give me a try with such a good deal. He said they were clearing these out because they weren't carrying these larger sizes any longer.

Just got home from SDM, bought 5 La Roche Posay Cicaplast for $15.99 each ....each awarded 5k bonus points....used one VIB cpn for 2500 bp's and personal email offer 20x wus $75
Grand total 90.34 OOP (used a gift card of course for 1000 pts)
and 44,301 back in points = approx $93 on a bonus redemption day

I picked up the large Gain Fireworks and Downy Unstoppables for $2.00 each. I picked up 20 of them and redeemed $30 worth of points. Paid $15.20 out of pocket for them, haha. Insanely good deal. I will spread the fresh smell love with my family.

Well it is early in the week lol, but today's shop was:

- $3.99, (free wipes WUB diapers $3.99 max) $1.50 & $2 (printable manu coupons for the diapers)
+8000 in VIB, regular points, and 2500 personal offer for Pampers diapers (total of 10770 points)
+ $2.25, $3.25, and $2.25 CO51 rebates

$21.57 OOP, 10770 points back is pretty much breaking even, and $7.75 from CO51 Up $7.75.

Thought I'd celebrate my change in Smart Canucks status from CaNewbie to the next level with a bit of a brag and a pic. Two SDM shops this morning checking out clearance sales.

- Garnier Fructis Marvelous Oil Color Illuminate. Not sure reg $, marked down to $1. Didn't have my coupon folder otherwise could have used
$1 off any Fructis. $1 oop

Shop #2 - headed to one of my favourite SDMs for clearance sales and I was not disappointed. They had literally BINS of items all on clearance. Of special note:

Tassimo French Vanilla $4.99 - $1 Mgr markdown due to expiry date. $3.99
Tweezerman tweezers, manicure scissors, Witchcraft top coat/hardener set of 3, Fleecy large size - $3 each
Cottonelle wipes - $2
Straws - $1
Fructis Conditioner - $1 - $1 mfg coupon. Free
Gold Bond ultimate moisturizer - $2 - $5 mfg coupon. Made $3 ;-)
Olay Age Defying Body Wash - $2.99 ea x 2. Used $2.50 coupon. Submitted $3 C51 for Olay Age Defying. Got 1000 optimum pts for any Olay body wash

And I got my Tim Hortons gift card $10 + SDM gift card $10. $72 - $3 C51 for all in the pic below. Approx 3K in points (two items did not go through so had to call SDM to fix)

Although it's too late to post my super redemption now but I didn't want to post my deal unless I resolved my personalized coupon problem applied in my transaction. And now that sdm and I have resolved the issue, I am very glad to post my shop!

This is my redemption shop inspired by @annedougherty redemption shop. I was trying to get back max points possible in my transaction but when anne told us that she got 18000 pts back on a 50000 redemption....I had to copy her shop. She didn't leave me with any other option. Lol

So I used my 3 personalized online coupons here. 8000 pts wus $30 on food & snacks, $0.90 off D'Italiano bread and $6.75 off any quo blush.

Here is everything I bought on Saturday. Bourgeois mascara had 4000 bonus points. VIB coupons used for huggies wipes, huggies diapers, pampers wipes, pampers diapers and quo product.

I got back 16951 points that day and 8000 pts for my F & S 3,4 days later. So in total I got back 24951 pts back on 50000 redemption. And got back $5 cash back on snapsaves for huggies diapers, wipes and 2 classico sauces.






BUT here comes the fun part. My personalized coupons was "$6.75 off any QUO blush" and it was on sale for $10.00. I should've paid $3.25 for it but their mighty system changed the price to its original price and then took off $6.75. I paid $7.00 extra for that blush.


Yesterday I called sdm rep and explained what happened, she put me on hold and talked to the store if that blush was really on sale and and after 6-8 min she came back and apologized what happened with my coupon. She said that coupon was not supposed to do this thing and that she is giving me 8000 pts for this mistake.

So in total I got back 24951+8000=32951 back on my 50000 pts redemption and I guess everything I bought was on sale.
