    I did a shop last night to use a few of my personalized offers - $20 off WUS $75 and 8000 WUS $30 on OTC Meds ..... stocked up on vitamins and allergy meds (came to 31 less $8 in coupons that were on the shelf - Centrum and Benadryl) then the rest was mainly food (coffee, milk, pasta sauce, packaged nuts) also picked up some PC ginger cookies that had $2 manager off stickers and a box of lindt that had a manager $5 off and some cadbury (DS has been reminding me all week that I said I would pick some up).... the clearance area in my store had some St. Ives hydration spray for $2.50 -- I bought one ages ago and liked it so I picked up two more.

    They also had many of the Nexxus, John Frieda, Gosh - hair products - but they were mainly $5 and up so not the same as previously posted at $1-$2....

    I had originally planned to redeem points but it completely left my mind to do so when I was at the cash .... probably why I don't normally shop on a friday evening ... I'm usually just too tired at that point in the week.

    My OOP was $55 including tax - and picked up $9800 points .... saved $46 on sales and another $9 on in-store coupons and $8 on manu coupons and $12 from FPCs plus the $20 off --- total savings was around $95....

    Be sure to check out the clearance area in your store as they do seem to constantly be moving stuff ...

    Happy Saturday shopping everyone!

    Today's work is done! Lol! Looking forward to tomorrow since the other items I need are on sale.

    better to be $1 over than $1 under and not get 18500 bonus points

    I always stop at the clearances section now because of this board. I just got a $17.50 curling wand that was originally $36.

    Just take care to watch expiry dates from the clearance section. Don't want expired or almost expired food or medication!

    Spent $133.79 plus tax , saved $110 in coupons and personal offers and earned 32,900 points so I am very happy with my shop. I was hoping for about $120 but a few items were marked down and along with coupons I had they were too good to pass up on. My friends (and hubby!) who doubted the amount of time I was putting in to my coupons are starting to see it really does pay off.

    What do you want to call it? Free or a money maker shop?

    Today i went to another city to use my cosmetics coupon. I wanted to buy stila face contour kit and my sdm doesn't carry it. So here's what i got!

    Stila contour kit. $52.00
    QUO make up wipes. $10.00 (10x pts from flyer)(used 16000 pts wus $60 on cosmetics)

    Oasis juice. $4.99 (1200 pts, wanted to buy 2 wonder breads to use $4 off coupon but bread was sold out)
    2 eggs. $3.98
    Herbal essences conditioner. $1.99 (2000 pts, bought this one just to earn free money in terms of points)
    2 Excel bubble gum packs $3.70 (used my personalized BOGO coupon)

    In the end i paid $84.88 but got Back 39360+800(bought $80 GC first)=40160 pts.

    40160pts=$84.55 on a 38000pts=$80 redemption level(using $20 off wus $75 coupon)
    OR
    40160pts=$$88.52 on a 50000pts=$110 redemption level.

    These are the pics. Eggs and juice are resting in the fridge.

    Might be mostly OT:

    Stila hasn't been doing very well in Sephora and the word on the street is that Sephora is phasing out Stila from their stores. I wonder how this will impact stila at sdm. Btw stila has a history of financial struggle. It was bought out and revived when it was purchased by a private equity firm.

    That is a nice savings on the coupons/personal offers. Don't think I've ever used $100 in coupons in one shop .... the highest stuff I've got right now would be the $20 off WUB3 Vichy which I haven't found the hand cream deal on yet. What's your secret?

    Amira -- love your shop - nice to try the Stila contour compact for "free" .... didn't you order the one from Lise Watier - the circular one .... I have no idea what the difference is between the two and I just don't have enough finesse with make up to pull off that look. Love that you do - Go Gorgeous!
