HOW TO REGISTER AND ENTER THE PRIZE DRAWS:

1. A participant must first register before beginning to collect entries into the Contest by accessing the website located at http://www.amazingeggrace.ca and filling out the registration form in its entirety and pressing the ‘Submit’ button so as to receive a registration confirmation message. Once a visitor has correctly completed and submitted the Contest registration form in its entirety, they are a participant (“Participant”). A Participant must provide valid information for all required registration fields, including email address, in order to qualify for registration for the Contest. The Participant's information, including age and residence, will be verified if the Participant is declared a winner of a prize (“Prize”). If the Participant is deemed to have entered any falsified or incorrect information, that Participant, and all of his/her entries, will be disqualified and voided and the Participant will not be eligible to win a Prize at the sole judgment of the Independent Contest Organization. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the Participant submitting the electronic entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the Participant in whose name the email account is registered.
2. One (1) entry will be awarded to a Participant upon successful registration into the Contest. One (1) entry will also be provided should the Participant choose to opt-in to receive future emails from the Sponsor.
3. One (1) entry will be awarded to the Participant should said Participant enter a valid Code Word. These Code Words will be available throughout the Promotion Period in various newspapers* and in online advertising during the Promotion. Up to five (5) different valid Code Words can be entered in the Contest, for a total of five (5) additional entries.
4. One (1) entry will be awarded each time the Participant plays the online running game on the Contest site (the “Game”). Participants can play the Game as many times as they wish, but only the first completed game where a Participant runs until the energy is depleted and a confirmation message is received indicating that the entry has been recorded will count towards the Participant’s daily entry. Only one (1) entry per day can be obtained throughout the Promotion Period in this manner.
5. One (1) special entry (“Special Entry”) will be awarded to anyone that plays the Game and reaches a distance threshold of 42 km within the game by playing for the amount of time required to reach this threshold. This Special Entry will be represented within the site with a golden egg, and will only count towards the Bonus Draw defined below. For further clarification, this Special Entry will not accumulate towards any of the other prizes, including the Grand Prize, and will only provide the Participant to whom it is awarded with one (1) chance to win one of the Bonus Prizes.
6. Although online access and an email account are required to enter the Contest, no purchase of any kind is required – many public libraries, retail businesses and others offer free access to computers and to the Internet. A number of Internet service providers and other companies offer free email accounts. Making a purchase will not affect a Participant’s chances of winning.
7. By participating in the Contest, Participants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and to the terms and conditions and privacy statements of the Contest Site. Limit of one registration per Participant. In the event that it is discovered that the Participant is purported to have registered more than once, or attempted to exceed the limit of entries per person as defined herein, all of that Participant’s entries will be void and all of said Participant’s accounts will be disqualified.

PRIZE DESCRIPTIONS:

1. There are three categories of prizing (the “Prizes”) as follows:
   
   1. There is one (1) grand prize (“Grand Prize”) of $15,000 CAD in cash available to be won.
   2. There are twenty (20) secondary prizes (“Secondary Prizes”) comprised of a Running Room/New Balance running pack (“Running Pack I”) available to be won. Each running pack consists of a unisex reflective running jacket, Versa bag and New Balance WR860CBC running shoes, and has an estimated retail value of $310 CAD. Prize is not transferable or convertible to cash and must be accepted as awarded.
   3. There are thirty (30) tertiary prizes (“Tertiary Prizes”) comprised of a Running Room running pack (“Running Pack II”) available to be won. Each Running Pack II consists of a unisex reflective running jacket and Versa bag, and has an estimated retail value of $170 CAD, excluding taxes. Prize is not transferable or convertible to cash and must be accepted as awarded.
   4. There are five (5) bonus prizes (“Bonus Prizes”) comprised of a Running Room/New Balance running pack (“Running Pack III”) available to be won. This prize can only be won by those Participants that have been awarded a Special Entry as described above in section V of How to Register and Enter the Prize Draws. Each running pack consists of a unisex reflective running jacket, Versa bag and New Balance WR860CBC running shoes, and has an estimated retail value of $310 CAD, excluding taxes. Prize is not transferable or convertible to cash and must be accepted as awarded.
   
   

A Participant may win only one (1) Prize of the four (4) Prizes offered in this Contest.
