So I go to my local walmart to pick up some of the smart catelli pasta that's on for $1.47 and use up my sept coupons for them. I decided to see if there was any Aspirin left to use up the last of my $6 printables. To my shock there was a few boxes left for $4.97. After finding no aveeno or dove coupons I call it a night and go to cash. I get this young cashier and i'm thinking i might have issues with the printable. As she's ringing everything through she sees my small according folder (left the 2 bulky binders in the car!) she asks if i have coupons, I say of course i have coupons. She replys awesome. I'm thinking she's pulling my leg so i look up at here and ask her your happy i have coupons which to my shock replys yeah i love coupons! I nearly fainted! she told me about her little folder she keeps them in but it's not as nice as my little purple one. I tell her this is nothing and that the 2 binders are in the car! It was then her turn to be shocked. She started laughing and thought that was awesome so i told her about SC of course. wrote the site down and the sites she could get coupons at. So before taxes my bill was -$0.11 after tax (darn taxes!) I paid just under $3 for 7 boxes of pasta and 5 boxes of aspirin (these will be going to use they were not soley for the overage)

Next onto Safeway were I went in hopes of finding coupons found one not great but whatever. I find packaged fruit in the produce department (the ones packed in juice/water, hubby loves them) on the 2/$4 instead of 2/$7.58! i load up on those then i started going through the aisles looking for coupons when i came across the swiffers on sale not sure how i missed it in the flyer but i'm finding not everything on sale in safeway seems to be in the flyers these days! Anywho they are $3.68 or something almost half off plus i have the $1.50 coupons so i load up on those very few left and i had to climb the shelf to get them i'm only 5'2" so i can only imagine what it looked like as they were of course on the top shelf! and that's when the TALL stock boy comes by and asked if i need help, well gees I had already finished doing the impossible and now you come! So not finding anymore coupons only people with bad BO looking at body wash at this time of the night I call it a night. Looking at my bill from safeway after the sales and my coupons i saved 51% of my bill and that was only using 5 coupons! I love saving money!!

Well that was a longer story then I thought it would be but there you have it!

I tried to use my 6$ coupons on the Aspirin at Walmart in Kirkalnd, and the cashier called her manager and the manager told me I could not use it, because it was a mail in???? It was a straight forward coupon. Embarrassed, because she had just finished scrutinizing EVERY single coupon I had, and I only had about 5. I bought the Aspirin anyways, it was not on sale or anything. Worst part is, I thought I could just return it later, well the cashier forgot to give me my receipt. Argg!!!! not lucky...

That is refreshing to see! There are a couple cashiers at my local WM who seem to appreciate my coupons and they ask where I got them. I always tell them to come join our site
