I bet what happened is that someone before you bought it and it was rejected. They complained and then Checkout 51 logs that at Sobeys it is listed that way. I'm guessing that's how it works. Noticed that on Thursdays if I buy something that is listed weird, I upload to DH's account and it doesn't work. Upload it to mine after complaining and it works, even though the receipts are identical

Did the Advil offer again this time with no coupon and they still are telling me they can't find it on my receipt. Not sure what to think.

There must be something wrong with CK51 system. As long as your Advil is not listed in the exclusions, it should have worked, including use of the $3 coupon. I did the same deal this week with only Advil on the receipt (I bought the Advil Extra Strength Gels 60ct at Superstore $6.47 & used a $3 coupon) and it processed in 5 minutes. Frustrating, but you'll need to contact CK51 customer service cause you deserve the rebate.
