I received the buy 3 get 1 email a few weeks ago and last week I received the 3 bonus stars. I got an email for a survey today as well. PLC did they say you'll get the $5 in the email or in the survey? I completed it but I don't remember it stated it in the beginning or in the email. Also where you enter the postal code at the end, it said only enter numbers.

I did the survey. The site was annoyingly slow and questions were very redundant. Lots of tables with slightly different options for rewards preference, started out taking it serious but 15 mins later, couldn't care less.

My email didn't mention anything about giftcard.

I didn't get the offer of giftcard either, but gave the survey a shot anyways. The questions were pedantic, tedious, dull and went on forever, so I quit half way through. If Starbucks wants ideas about how to change the program, why not just ask card holders directly about what kind of changes they would like to see.

Personally, I would like to see Starbucks bring back the get a free brewed coffee with the purchase of a pound of coffee. It was soooo chintzy of them to remove that perk, and I buy a lot more ground coffee from competitors as a result.

I would like to receive a second survey invitation about how badly the first survey sucked in getting my opinion (i.e., a survey asking me to rate the previous survey.)
