So I signed up online for the PC plus program and I don't have a device to get the app....how else can I get points in store, if I get a card in store will it link to my account I made online? TIA!

You get the card instore, then link it online. I don't have a smartphone either, just use the card.

If you have a PC debit card or credit card you can use that as well. You swipe them for your points.
