Hey, it can seem overwhelming at first but you will get the hang of it soon! Start with the button at the top of the page beside the smartcanucks sign where it says "New? Start here" and go on from there. Goodluck

I found the best place to start is under the forum tab, freebies&samples & coupons are two boards I read often. The deals & flyers are helpful a couple times a week. Of course if you like entering contests, there is that board. Soon you will have a handle on that, then you might want to trade coupons one-to-one or trains (under the coupon board).
It is a good idea to fill out your wishlist. If you click on your name, it will take you to your page, under the about me tab you will find a spot to put your wishlist (coupons you would like to get). There are lots of people have extra coupons they would like to trade or give away and having that filled out might get you selected
