There are $2 coupons for Clear in the new coupon insert from last week, it won't be free but you can get it for .99c which isn't really that bad of a price, also you can get $2 credit from Checkout51 when you buy Clear so at least 2 of them would be free.

I just went to the Smartsource website and don't see the Coupon listed there.
